Code Of Conduct And Business Ethics

OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. is committed to maintaining high standards of ethical conduct and business practices in all of its interactions with customers, vendors, and stakeholders. This Code of Conduct and Business Ethics outlines the principles that OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. follows in its relationships with these important groups.

I. Ethical Conduct

  1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in its interactions with customers, vendors, and stakeholders, both domestically and internationally.

  4. Respect for Vendors: OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. must treat its vendors fairly, paying invoices in a timely manner and avoiding actions that could harm the vendor’s reputation or business.
  5. Respect for Stakeholders: OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. must act in the best interest of its stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, employees, and the community, and must be transparent in its communications and reporting.

II. Business Ethics

  1. Honesty and Integrity: OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. must be honest and act with integrity in all of its dealings with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
  2. Confidentiality: OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. must maintain the confidentiality of customer, vendor, and stakeholder information and must use this information only for lawful and ethical purposes.
  3. Conflict of Interest: OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. must avoid conflicts of interest in its dealings with customers, vendors, and stakeholders and must disclose any potential conflicts to those parties.
  4. Protection of Customer Data: OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. must protect the privacy and security of customer data and must comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
  5. Responsible Sourcing: OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. must ensure that its suppliers follow ethical business practices and must take steps to prevent human rights abuses in its supply chain.

III. Reporting Suspected Violations

OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. takes violations of its Code of Conduct and Business Ethics very seriously. If you suspect a violation of the code, please report it as soon as possible. You may report suspected violations in the following ways:

  • Internal Reporting: Employees of OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. may report suspected violations to their supervisor, a human resources representative, or the ethics and compliance department.
  • External Reporting: Customers, vendors, stakeholders, or other individuals may report suspected violations to OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. by contacting the ethics and compliance department by phone or email.
  • Anonymous Reporting: OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. encourages individuals to report suspected violations, but understands that some individuals may prefer to remain anonymous. Anonymous reports may be made through an anonymous reporting hotline or through an anonymous reporting website.

Consequently, if any OMFA employees, vendors, stakeholders, or customers become aware of a conduct that may be in violation of this Code, then they should report such conduct in accordance the reporting channels listed below. You can report possible violations of this Code by clicking the “Report Abuse” link next to each content where the link has been made available. If no “Report Abuse” link is available, please email compliance@omfa.health with specifics on the abuse, a link to the page, screenshot, and the reason you believe it violates these code. OMFA will then assign the matter to the appropriate internal investigative team for review and appropriate steps.

Note: The reporting mechanisms listed above are for reporting suspected violations of OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd.’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics. If you suspect a violation of law, please contact law enforcement authorities.

Prohibition Against Retaliation

OMFA will not tolerate any retribution or retaliation taken against any person who has, in good faith, provided information or otherwise assisted in an investigation or proceeding regarding any questionable or allegedly unethical or illegal behavior or any behavior that goes against the provisions stated in this Code.

The company encourages its customers, vendors, and stakeholders to bring to its attention any concerns about its conduct or business practices.

User Generated Content Guidelines

OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. values the contributions and participation of its followers and customers on social media platforms. We encourage the sharing of experiences, opinions, and feedback related to our products and services. We believe that user-generated content can provide valuable insights and help build a community of like-minded individuals who share a common interest in health and wellness.

Guidelines:

  1. Respect for Others: We ask that all users refrain from posting any content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise violates the rights of others. We also ask that users avoid engaging in personal attacks or disruptive behavior.
  2. Accuracy and Truthfulness: Please ensure that any information shared is accurate and based on personal experiences or credible sources. Do not post false or misleading information.
  3. Relevance: Please only post content that is relevant to OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. and our products and services.

If you wish to share feedback with us about product selection, pricing, ordering, delivery, or other customer service issues, please contact us directly. Do not submit this feedback through a product review or Question and Answer. Any such reviews will be removed from the Site.

By submitting UGC, you hereby grant OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. a perpetual, unlimited, non-exclusive, fully sub-licensable, irrevocable, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. Please do not share anything you do not want to share with the general public. You represent and warrant that the UGC you posted does not violate the privacy or publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights including moral rights of any person. We will not be liable for any UGC, including, any errors or omissions, or any loss or damage incurred as the result of the use of any UGC in any manner. We are not responsible for any user’s use or misappropriation of any UGC you submit.

You understand that we may preserve UGC and may disclose UGC if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the legal process, enforce this Agreement, respond to claims that any UGC violates the rights of third-parties, or protect the rights, property or personal safety of us, our users and the public. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Site, including your UGC, may require transmitting over different networks and changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting devices or networks.

UGC Submission Guidelines

In order to preserve the integrity of UGC content, you further represent and warrant that you will not submit any Content:

  • That contains Rewards codes, offers, or advertisements
  • That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading
  • That infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy
  • That violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation
  • That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual or entity
  • That contains offensive words
  • That contains contact information (Email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, etc.)
  • That contains personally identifiable information (name, social security number, birth location, etc.)
  • That references a competitor’s products or services
  • That encourages or supports behavior that is illegal, including violence, fraud, illegal drug use, underage drinking, or child or animal abuse
  • That is critical about UGC posted on the Site or their authors
  • That contains medical advice
  • That collects data about other Site users
  • That gains access to unauthorized areas of the Site including servers or networks
  • That contains messages like “check my page”, “like my review if useful”, “click on my name”

We are not liable for any information provided on the Site with regard to recommendations on supplements for any health purposes.

We reserve the right not to post UGC or withdraw UGC for any reason and will give participants the chance to submit new content if we find the original content to not fit within our guidelines. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all the risks that are associated with the use of any UGC, including reliance on accuracy, completeness or usefulness of such content. In this regard, you acknowledge you may not rely on any UGC. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Site users. We, in our sole discretion, have the right but are under no obligation to monitor communications between you and other Site users and to terminate your Site access.

Continued violations of the UGC Submission guidelines can result in the participant’s account being paused or blocked. Paused accounts cannot earn, use or cash out OMFA Coin. Blocked accounts cannot earn or use OMFA Coin and any available balance will be voided.

You agree to indemnify us for any and all third party claims, damages, losses, liability and causes of action in any way arising from or as a result of your posting any content or materials or your failure to comply with this Agreement. You agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will still be required to indemnify us for the attorney fees and expenses in addition to any losses, claims, damages and liabilities incurred by us.

Be sure that your picture does not contain Rewards codes, drawings, cartoons, adult, spoof, medical, violent, racy, phrases, trademarks or other content or materials which you do not own or for which you have not secured all necessary rights.

Reporting Abuse

  1. Report Violations: If you believe that any UGC violates these guidelines or any applicable laws and regulations, please report the abuse by sending an email to legal@health. Please provide a brief description of the violation and a link to the content in question.
  2. Confidentiality: Your report will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of investigating and addressing the reported violation.
  3. Prompt Action: OMFA Healthtech Sdn. Bhd. will review each report promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing the offending content, blocking or banning the user, or reporting the violation to the appropriate authorities.
  4. No Retaliation: We ask that all users refrain from engaging in any retaliation or revenge against those who report abuse, as this is a violation of these guidelines and may result in additional consequences.
