    Although we do not have a halal certificate, please be assured that we exclusively use halal-certified raw ingredients. Additionally, the product is vegan-friendly and does not contain any animal-derived ingredients.

  • How do I earn OMFA Point?

    You may earn OMFA Point from the following:

    1. Cashback on your own purchase
    2. Cashback on your referral’s purchase (not available for OMFA MLR)
    3. Cashback on your referral’s referral’s purchase (not available for OMFA MLR)
    4. Commission on your referral’s purchase up to 6 levels (for OMFA MLR)
  • Can I redeem OMFA Point as cash?

    Only OMFA MLR account can redeem OMFA Point as cash with a minimum withdrawal of 100 points.

  • What can I do with OMFA Point

    You may use OMFA Point to knock off your next purchase. For OMFA MLR account, you may withdraw as cash if you have accumulated 100 points or more.

  • Refunds

  • What happens to my commission for refunds?

    Commission that has been applied to a return product will be forfeited.

  • What happens to my cashback for refunds?

    Cashback that has been applied to a return product will be forfeited.

  • When will I receive my refunds?

    After receiving the returned product, we will process your refund within 15 working days.

    Please return the product within 15 days from receiving it.

    We generally process your order within 2 business days. Our delivery partner may deliver your order within 3 business days. You can expect to receive your order within 5 business days.

    You may cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed.

  • Is there a maximum cap to how much I can earn?

    As the saying goes, sky is the limit. There is no cap to how much you can earn. The more you refer, the more earning potential you’ll get.

  • Can I earn commissions from referrals not residing in Singapore?

    We live in a borderless world today. You may earn commission from referrals not residing in Singapore as long as they have signed up using your QR code, referral code or referral link.

  • Do I have to pay tax on the commissions earned?

    It is your responsibility to file your income tax accurately. Please speak with your tax accountant for advice.

  • What is the validity of my commission?

    Your commission is valid for up to 2 years. We reserve the rights to amend the validity period without prior notice.

  • When when I get my commission?

    You will receive your commission within 10 working days from the date of your withdrawal request.

  • How do I cash out my commission?

    There is a minimum withdrawal of 100 OMFA Point. Simply log in to your account and put in a withdrawal request. 1 point = $1.

  • What can I do with my commission?

    You may withdraw your commission for cash or knock it off in your next purchase.

  • How many tiers can I earn commission up to?

    You can earn commission from purchases of up to 6 tiers of referrals.

  • How I do earn commission?

    Only OMFA Multi Level Referral (MLR) account is entitled to earn a referral commission.

    Recommend our products to your 3F (family, friends and followers) and you will receive a commission for every purchase they make. Your commission will appear in the form of OMFA Point.

    You will receive a cashback in  OMFA Point for every purchase you make. You will also receive cashback from your referral’s purchases and your referral’s referral’s purchases.

    You may knock off the cashback in your next purchase.

    It is valid for 2 years. We reserve the rights to change the validity period without prior notice.

  • Can I withdraw my cashback for cash?

    Cashback can only be used as credits in your next purchase.

  • Do I have to pay income tax on the commissions earned?

    Please refer to your tax accountant.

  • Can I have multiple accounts?

    One individual can only have 1 account. We reserve the rights to delete duplicate accounts if there is a reasonable belief that the accounts are linked to the same person.

  • I do not live in Malaysia. Can I join this program?

    Yes, we would love to have you in this program. However, do note that you will need to have a local Malaysia bank account for withdrawal purposes. Otherwise, you can use the commissions earns in your next purchase.

  • Can I earn commissions from referrals not residing in Malaysia?

    Yes as long as your referrals signed up using your referral QR code, referral code or referral link.
